Orion Multimedia Submission Policy:
As a matter of strict policy, Orion Multimedia. (“OM”) employees, agents, representatives, officers and directors are not permitted to accept or consider unsolicited submissions, including, without limitation, submissions of ideas or concepts, articles, pitch documents, treatments and scripts. OM’s policy is to delete or discard any such submissions without reading, forwarding, or responding to them. Therefore, any similarity between an unsolicited submission and any element in any OM creative work would be purely coincidental.
Based on this policy, OM will not, and has no obligation to, treat any unsolicited submission as confidential or proprietary, and will incur no liability in the event that an unsolicited submission is inadvertently opened, read or responded to by a OM employee or agent.
Any submission, whether unsolicited or solicited by OM shall become the property of OM, in the absence of prior written agreement between the OM and the submitting person or entity, and may be exploited in any way at OM’s sole discretion. In such event, the submitting person or entity agrees that he is not entitled to any compensation, credit or notice whatsoever, and that by sending a solicited submission, he waives the right to make any claim against OM, including without limitation, unfair competition, breach of contract or breach of confidentiality, unless otherwise agreed in a prior written agreement, if any.
